The Oklahoma Psychedelic Collective is dedicated to advancing the integration of psychedelics into education, research, therapeutic practice, and ethical frameworks. Oklahoma Psychedelic Collective: Our Core Priorities

Obtain 501(c)(3) Nonprofit Status

Achieving federal nonprofit status will allow the organization to receive tax-deductible donations and grants from individuals, businesses, and foundations. This essential step will provide financial resources to support public education, community outreach, operational costs, and future research initiatives.

Advocate for Psychedelic Research Legislation in Oklahoma

Support legislation such as HB 2107, which aims to facilitate scientific research into the therapeutic use of psychedelics. By collaborating with policymakers, medical professionals, and advocacy groups, we aim to:

Highlight evidence-based benefits of psychedelics for mental health conditions such as PTSD, depression, and addiction.
Mobilize public and legislative support for safe, regulated research pathways.
Position Oklahoma as a leader in innovative mental health solutions.

Promote Public Education and Awareness

Normalize conversations around psychedelic therapies through accessible education programs and harm-reduction initiatives. Key efforts will include:
